Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to ensuring that your order is delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. Please read the following shipping policy carefully to understand our shipping procedures:
Shipping Times
For in-stock products, we aim to process and ship all orders within 1-7 business days of receiving the order. Once shipped, delivery times will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that delivery times may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
Shipping Method
Tracked shipping within Singapore will be provided for all orders.
Shipping Rates
Shipping within Singapore is free, however we strongly recommend Customers collect their TWS IEMs in person.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the delivery of your order.
Out-of-Stock/Build-to-Order Items
In the event that a highly-demanded item in your order is out of stock, or when a built-to-order product is purchased - We will ship the item to you as soon as it becomes available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to make changes to your order or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been shipped, we cannot make changes or cancel the order.
Damaged or Lost Packages
In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible.
International Orders
Unfortunately Plexsonic does not accept overseas orders or ship overseas at this current moment. We are working to launching Strato worldwide in the near future. Please sign up for our newsletter for more updates!
