How To Order Your Custom IEM

  1. Order Strato on the Website
    Use our custom builder to configure your very own Strato configuration to your cart, then proceed to checkout.

  2. Download the Impression Guide
    Download the guide here.

  3. Get Your Impressions Done & Send Pictures
    Follow the angles specified in the impression guide to take clear photos of your completed impressions.

    Email these photos to hi@plexsonic.com and we will respond within 3 business days.

  4. Send Your Custom Artwork (Optional)
    If you’ve opted for custom artwork, we'll use the pictures uploaded in the builder for rendering.

    • We will render the faceplate for your approval after receiving your impressions and completing the 3D modeling to reflect the actual shape of your ear. Look out for our email!

  5. Send us Your Impressions
    Physical
    Mail your physical impressions along with the completed form within the impression guide.
    Digital
    If you have a scanned STL of your impressions, send them in to hi@plexsonic.com

  6. Sit Back & Wait
    Once we receive your impressions (and artwork, if applicable), we’ll craft your custom Strato earphones and deliver them straight to you. Enjoy!
